About The Position

This Western regional dry van lane offers consistent miles, a dedicated truck for your run, and a predictable schedule. You'll be running in the 11 Western States corridor with a focus on drop and hook freight. We provide late-model assigned tractors and dedicated dispatch to keep you moving. For new drivers, we offer a paid training program with a veteran mentor for 3 to 5 weeks, focusing on real mountain driving conditions and trip management. You'll receive guaranteed weekly pay during training and a direct deposit every week. The company also offers bonuses for safety and performance.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience, or a completed CDL-A program (120+ hours).
• Clean record: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.

• Ability to extend on the road for extra miles.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class A CDL truck in the Western regional dry van lane (11 Western States).
• Operate a late-model assigned tractor.
• Engage in 100% no-touch dry van freight, with a majority of drop and hook.
• Manage trips and driving in real mountain conditions.
• Adhere to safety and performance standards for incentives.
• Participate in a paid training program with a mentor if new to the seat.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.
