About The Position

This Western regional dry van lane offers consistent miles, a dedicated truck for your run, and a predictable schedule. We provide a paid training program for new drivers, including mentorship and real-world driving experience in mountain conditions. Upon successful evaluation, drivers will transition to a solo seat. The freight is 100% no-touch dry van, primarily drop and hook, operating within an 11-Western States corridor. Drivers will operate late-model assigned tractors and have dedicated dispatch support.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience, or a completed CDL-A program (120+ hours)
• Clean record: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening

• Ability to extend on the road for extra miles.
• Willingness to learn mountain driving conditions and trip management.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL truck within the 11 Western States corridor.
• Perform 100% no-touch dry van, drop and hook freight operations.
• Maintain consistent weekly miles of 2,000 to 2,400.
• Adhere to a schedule that allows for a full weekend reset every 2 weeks.
• Participate in a paid training program with a veteran mentor for 3-5 weeks.
• Gain experience in mountain driving conditions and trip management.
• Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
