About The Position

We are hiring CDL-A drivers in the Pascagoula, MS area for OTR routes with a personally assigned truck and 100% no-touch dry van freight. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are both welcome to apply. New CDL-A holders will undergo a 3 to 5 week mentorship program with guaranteed weekly pay. Experienced drivers can move directly into solo operations if they meet the requirements. The company provides new trucks (2024 and newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission) that are assigned exclusively to the driver and can be taken home during scheduled days off. The freight is 100% no-touch dry van, meaning no loading or unloading is required, only driving. The schedule involves being out for 14 days with 2 full days at home.

Requirements

• 21 years or older
• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Solid driving record and work history
• Pass DOT drug test and background check
• New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time (mentor/trainer time does not count)
