Requirements
- Reliability and punctuality; ability to show up on time, every day.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from trainers and team members.
- Carefulness and pride in performing work correctly.
- Comfortable standing, bending, and working with hands throughout the shift.
- Desire to build a career in the automotive trade.
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to move vehicles in and out of bays.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in automotive repair, quick-lube, or tire shops.
- Experience in hands-on jobs such as warehouse, construction, farm, or kitchen work.
- ASE certification (support provided to obtain certifications over time).
Responsibilities
- Performing oil and filter changes, including the signature $59.95 oil change, quickly and correctly.
- Rotating tires, checking tire pressure, and topping off or exchanging fluids.
- Replacing wiper blades, air filters, batteries, and bulbs.
- Conducting multi-point inspections and accurately reporting findings to the service advisor.
- Resetting service reminders and maintaining clean notes on completed work.
- Keeping the service bay clean, safe, and prepared for the next vehicle.
- Learning from experienced technicians and taking on increasing responsibility as skills develop.
