About The Position

Earn while you learn. Launch your trucking career right out of Crawford County. Finding a reliable carrier immediately after finishing CDL school can be tough. We are actively hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers in Van Buren, Fort Smith, and the surrounding River Valley area to join our structured Paid Mentor Program. We provide the training, assigned modern equipment, and guaranteed weekly pay to get you safely on the road to solo earnings. No physical unloading, no unpaid waiting weeks, and zero hidden catches.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Possess a valid Class A CDL.
Hold a valid DOT Medical Card.
Graduate of an accredited CDL program (120+ hours) OR have under 6 months of recent OTR experience.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Pass a standard background check.
Pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

Gain real-world OTR experience driving alongside a professional mentor during the 4 to 6 weeks paid mentorship program.
Transition to full solo mileage rates upon completion of the mentorship.
Operate a late-model (2022 or newer) Kenworth or Freightliner with automatic transmission and APU.
Transport dry van loads, with approximately 70% drop-and-hook.
Drive an average of 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week on established routes East of I-35.
Adhere to a 12 Days Out / 2 Days Home consistent OTR schedule originating out of the Van Buren/Fort Smith area.
