About The Position

Now hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers for dry van freight in Texas, mainly east of I-35. Have your Class A CDL and 120+ hours of truck driving school under your belt? We'll pair you with a personal trainer for 4 to 6 weeks of hands-on evaluation on real routes. You earn $650 a week the entire time, and you don't go solo until your trainer signs off.

Training covers:
Safe operation of a Class A tractor-trailer on live routes
ELD systems and hours-of-service rules
Pre-trip and post-trip inspections done right
Dispatch communication and company procedures

The job:
Haul dry van freight, mainly east of I-35
Bi-weekly home time
Full DOT compliance, strong on-time delivery numbers
Accurate ELD logs, DVIRs and trip paperwork
Thorough pre/post-trip inspections
Clear communication with dispatch and customers

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 120+ hours of CDL school
• 21 years or older
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Haul dry van freight, mainly east of I-35
• Ensure full DOT compliance and strong on-time delivery numbers
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, DVIRs and trip paperwork
• Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely on live routes
• Utilize ELD systems and adhere to hours-of-service rules
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections correctly
• Follow dispatch communication protocols and company procedures
