About The Position

We're hiring CDL-A drivers in the Cullman, AL area for OTR routes with a personally assigned truck, 100% no-touch dry van freight, and a schedule that holds up week to week. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are both welcome to apply.
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Valid Class A CDL
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Solid driving record and work history
- Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements
Nice To Haves
- New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
- Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time; mentor/trainer time doesn't count.
Responsibilities
- Complete a 3 to 5 week mentorship program for new CDL-A holders.
- Operate a personally assigned, new model truck (2024 and newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia, automatic transmission).
- Transport 100% no-touch, dry van freight.
- Adhere to a schedule of 14 days out and 2 full days home.
- Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements.
- Pass DOT drug test and background check.
