CDL-A Trainee Driver - Paid Training - No Experience Required

About The Position

We are hiring CDL-A drivers in the Vicksburg, MS area for OTR routes with a personally assigned truck and 100% no-touch dry van freight. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are both welcome to apply. New CDL-A holders will participate in a 3 to 5 week mentorship program with guaranteed weekly pay. Experienced drivers can move directly into solo operations if they meet the requirements. The position offers a truck that is assigned only to the driver and can be taken home during scheduled days off. Freight is 100% no-touch dry van.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• At least 21 years of age
• Solid driving record and work history
• Pass DOT drug test and background check
• New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, plus completion of the company training program
• Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time (mentor/trainer time does not count)

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL vehicle for Over-the-Road (OTR) routes.
• Transport dry van freight with a 100% no-touch policy.
• Participate in a mentorship program for new CDL-A holders.
• Maintain a solid driving record and work history.
• Adhere to all applicable DOT and company requirements.
