About The Position

This 11 Western States dry van run is built for steady miles and steady pay. Drivers can expect 100% no-touch freight, drop and hook dry van loads, and structured regional routes through the West. You will be assigned a late-model tractor and have the option to bring a companion through the rider and pet programs. The position offers predictable lanes, home time every two weeks for a full weekend reset, and direct deposit every week. There are also safety and performance bonuses available.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 6 months of tractor-trailer experience, or a fresh CDL-A with completion of an accredited training program (120+ hours)
• Must meet all DOT requirements, including physical and pre-employment drug screening
• Clean driving record, no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years

• Completion of an accredited training program (120+ hours) for new CDL-A holders
• Veteran mentor for paid training runs

Responsibilities

• Drive a tractor-trailer combination.
• Transport goods and materials.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Communicate with dispatch and other team members.
• Complete paid training runs covering mountain driving and trip management.
