About The Position

DSL Express and partners are hiring Class A CDL Solo Truck Drivers for OTR (Over-the-Road) and Teams. We operate a modernized fleet and are seeking experienced drivers with a good MVR/PSP score. This is an ASAP position. We are looking for drivers from Arkansas and the Fayetteville, AR area, but welcome applicants from all states as we offer nationwide OTR routes. You can live anywhere, even out of state. The pay is respectable, with a floor of $104,000 per year for full-time drivers, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.

Requirements

Class A CDL required.
Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience.
Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report.
Valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions.
Ability to work with modern ELD systems.
Must pass a drug test (no exceptions).
Valid medical card required.
Stable work history and good references.
No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years.
No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years.
No DWI's, DUI's, and BAC's in the last 4 years.
No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
No license suspension for points or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations during the last year.
Provide no less than 3 years of work history; non-driving work history for the past 3 years will also be verified.
Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable.

Nice To Haves

Additional Endorsements are a bonus.
Experience with Dry Vans or Refer work is available.

Responsibilities

Operate Class A CDL trucks for OTR routes.
Drive solo or as part of a team.
Adhere to ELD compliance for mileage tracking.
Ensure safe operation of the vehicle and pass DOT inspections.
Maintain communication with dispatch.
Complete deliveries and pickups efficiently, minimizing missed appointment times.
Handle No Touch Freight.
