About The Position

DSL Express and partners are hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) solo and team positions, operating a modernized fleet. We are seeking experienced drivers with at least 2 years of experience and a good driving record (MVR/PSP). We offer solid nationwide OTR routes with competitive pay, including percentage-based pay (30% Line Haul + Bonuses) or mileage pay options. Our pay structure is designed for drivers to earn well, with average weekly earnings ranging from $1,900 to $2,400, and potential to reach higher during peak seasons. We emphasize a strong work ethic and offer a supportive environment for motivated individuals. We are not a mega-carrier, providing a more personalized experience with 24-hour dispatch and well-maintained equipment. We also offer dedicated freight opportunities and partner with other carriers for consistent work.

Requirements

Class A CDL required.
Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience.
Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report.
Valid medical card.
Ability to work with modern ELD systems.
Must pass a drug test.
Stable work history and good references.
No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years.
No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years.
No DWI's, DUI's, and BAC's in the last 4 years.
No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
No license suspension for points or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations during the last year.
Provide at least 3 years of verifiable work history (including non-driving).

Nice To Haves

Additional Endorsements are a bonus.
Experience with manual transmission trucks.

Responsibilities

Operate Class A CDL trucks for OTR routes.
Adhere to all ELD compliance and safety regulations.
Manage assigned routes efficiently, whether on percentage or mileage pay.
Maintain a clean MVR and PSP report.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams.
Ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Handle No Touch Freight for Dry Vans or Refer loads.
