About The Position

DSL Express and partners are hiring CDL Class A Solo OTR Truck Drivers for OTR and Teams. We operate a modernized fleet and are seeking experienced drivers with a good MVR/PSP score. We offer nationwide OTR routes and competitive pay, with full-time earnings starting at $104,000 per year and potential for higher earnings based on performance. We emphasize a strong work ethic and offer a supportive environment for motivated individuals.

Requirements

Class A CDL.
Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience.
Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report.
Valid medical card.
Ability to work with modern ELD systems.
Pass a drug test.
Stable work history and good references.
No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years.
No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years.
No DWI's, DUI's, and BAC's in the last 4 years.
No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
No license suspension for points or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations during the last year.
Provide no less than 3 years of work history; non-driving work history for the past 3 years will also be verified.
Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable.

Nice To Haves

Additional Endorsements are a bonus.
Experience with Dry Vans or Refer work.
Experience with No Touch Freight.

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A CDL vehicle for OTR routes.
Adhere to ELD compliance for mileage tracking.
Ensure safe driving practices and maintain a clean MVR/PSP.
Communicate effectively with dispatch.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Deliver freight on time and without damage.
Maintain equipment in good condition.
Follow company policies and procedures.
