About The Position

DSL Express and partners are hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for Over-the-Road (OTR) Solo and Team positions to operate their modernized fleet. The company is seeking drivers with at least 2 years of experience and a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)/Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) score. Positions are available immediately. While the company has a strong presence in Tennessee and around the Nashville area, they are open to drivers from other states, offering nationwide OTR routes. The pay is described as respectable, with a starting point of $104,000 per year for full-time drivers, with potential for higher earnings based on performance and effort. Requirements

Class A CDL.
Minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report.
Valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions.
Ability to work with modern ELD systems.
Must pass a drug test.
Valid medical card.
Stable work history and good references.
No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years.
No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years.
No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years.
No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations during the last year.
Provide no less than 3 years of work history; non-driving work history for the past 3 years will also be verified.
Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable.
