About The Position

DSL Express and partners are hiring CDL-A Solo OTR Truck Drivers for OTR and Teams. We operate a modernized fleet and are seeking experienced drivers with a clean MVR/PSP score. We offer strong nationwide OTR routes and flexible living locations. Our pay structure is performance-based, offering competitive annual earnings with opportunities for bonuses. We emphasize a strong work ethic and a serious approach to the trucking business, treating our drivers like family while expecting dedication and professionalism. We are not a mega-carrier, offering personalized dispatch and well-maintained equipment, including built-in mechanic shops and newer trucks. We also provide amenities for drivers and partner with other carriers for a robust support system.

Requirements

• Class A CDL.
• 2+ years of CDL experience.
• Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report.
• Valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions.
• Ability to work with modern ELD systems.
• Pass a drug test (no exceptions).
• Valid medical card.
• Stable work history and good references.
• No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years.
• No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years.
• No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years.
• No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
• No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations during the last year.
• Provide no less than 3 years of work history; non-driving work history for the past 3 years will also be verified.
• Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable.

Responsibilities

• Run nationwide OTR routes.
• Operate modern trucks, including automatics and manuals.
• Adhere to ELD compliance for mileage tracking.
• Maintain a clean MVR and PSP report.
• Pass a drug test and possess a valid medical card.
• Provide verifiable work history and references.
• Work with modern ELD systems.
• Complete no-touch freight.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch.
• Maintain a professional and serious approach to the job.
