About The Position

DSL Express and partners are hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) Solo and Team positions, operating a modernized fleet. We are seeking company drivers with at least 2 years of experience and a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)/Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) score. Positions are available immediately. We have solid nationwide OTR routes and a strong market, with drivers able to live anywhere. The pay is respectable, with full-time drivers earning a minimum of $104,000 per year, and potential for higher earnings based on performance.

Requirements

Class A CDL required.
Minimum of 2 years of CDL experience.
Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report.
Must be able to work with modern ELD systems.
Must pass a drug test (no exceptions).
Must have a valid medical card.
Stable work history and good references required.
No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years.
No failed or refused drug or alcohol tests in the last 4 years.
No DWI's, DUI's, and BAC's in the last 4 years.
No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
No license suspension for points or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations during the last year.
Must provide at least 3 years of verifiable work history (non-driving work history will also be verified).
Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable.
Must be healthy, able, and willing to work.

Nice To Haves

Additional Endorsements are a bonus.
Experience with Dry Vans or Refer work is available.

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A CDL vehicle for Over-The-Road (OTR) solo or team routes.
Adhere to ELD compliance for mileage tracking.
Ensure safe operation of the vehicle and maintain a clean MVR and PSP.
Complete assigned routes efficiently, meeting delivery schedules.
Communicate effectively with dispatch for support and updates.
Participate in a performance-based pay structure, choosing between percentage or mileage pay.
Maintain equipment and report any issues.
Handle No Touch Freight.
