About The Position

DSL Express and partners are hiring Class A CDL Solo Truck Drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) and Teams. We operate a modernized fleet and are seeking experienced drivers with a good driving record. We offer nationwide OTR routes and competitive pay, with options for percentage-based or mileage-based pay. Our company is not a mega-carrier, offering a more personalized experience with dedicated dispatchers and well-maintained equipment. We value hard-working, motivated, and safe drivers.

Requirements

Class A CDL required.
Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience.
Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report.
Valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions.
Must be able to work with modern ELD systems.
Must be able to pass a drug test (no exceptions).
Must have a valid medical card.
Must have a stable work history and good references.
No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years.
No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years.
No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years.
No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations during the last year.
Must provide no less than 3 years of work history; non-driving work history for the past 3 years will also be verified.
Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable.

Nice To Haves

Additional Endorsements are a bonus.
Experience with Dry Vans or Refer work is available.

Responsibilities

Operate Class A CDL trucks for OTR routes.
Drive solo or as part of a team.
Adhere to ELD compliance and safe driving practices.
Complete assigned routes efficiently, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
Maintain a clean driving record and PSP score.
Utilize modern ELD systems.
Pass drug tests and maintain a valid medical card.
Provide stable work history and good references.
Work with 24-hour dispatch for support.
Handle No Touch Freight.
