About The Position

DSL Express and partners are hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) Solo and Team positions, operating a modernized fleet. We are seeking company drivers with at least 2 years of experience and a good MVR/PSP score. Positions are available immediately. We have solid nationwide OTR routes and a strong market presence. Drivers can reside anywhere, as we offer flexible home time options. The pay is respectable, with full-time drivers earning a minimum of $104,000 per year, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.

Requirements

Class A CDL required.
Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience.
Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report.
Valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions.
Ability to work with modern ELD systems.
Must pass a drug test (no exceptions).
Valid medical card required.
Stable work history and good references.
No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years.
No failed or refused drug or alcohol tests in the last 4 years.
No DWI's, DUI's, and BAC's in the last 4 years.
No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
No license suspension for points or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations during the last year.
Provide no less than 3 years of work history; non-driving work history for the past 3 years will also be verified.
Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable.

Nice To Haves

Additional Endorsements are a bonus.
Experience with Dry Vans or Refer work.

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A CDL vehicle for OTR routes.
Adhere to ELD compliance for mileage tracking.
Ensure safe driving practices and maintain a clean MVR/PSP.
Complete assigned deliveries and pickups efficiently.
Communicate effectively with dispatch.
Maintain equipment and report any issues.
Handle No Touch Freight.
