About The Position

DSL Express and partners are hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for OTR Solo and Teams to operate their modernized fleet. We are seeking company drivers with over 2 years of experience and a good MVR/PSP score. Positions are available immediately. We have solid nationwide OTR routes and a strong market presence. Drivers can live anywhere, even out of state. Pay is respectable, with full-time drivers earning a minimum of $104,000 per year, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.

Requirements

Class A CDL required.
Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience.
Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report.
Valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions.
Ability to work with modern ELD systems.
Must pass a drug test (no exceptions).
Must have a valid medical card.
Stable work history and good references.
No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years.
No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years.
No DWI's, DUI's, and BAC's in the last 4 years.
No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
No license suspension for points or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations during the last year.
Provide no less than 3 years of work history; non-driving work history for the past 3 years will also be verified.
Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable.

Nice To Haves

Additional Endorsements are a bonus.
Experience with Dry Vans or Refer work.

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A CDL truck for Over-The-Road (OTR) solo and team routes.
Adhere to ELD compliance for mileage tracking.
Ensure safe operation of the vehicle and compliance with all traffic laws.
Complete deliveries and pickups efficiently, minimizing missed appointment times.
Maintain communication with dispatch regarding status and any issues.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Handle No Touch Freight.
Utilize modern ELD systems.
Pass drug tests and maintain a valid medical card.
