About The Position

Regional intermodal work for drivers in the Tulsa area. This position offers a consistent schedule with flexible start times, focusing on hauling rail containers within a multi-state region. Drivers will have their truck go home with them, and the drive home is paid. The role involves primarily drop and hook, no-touch freight.

Requirements

Must be 21+ with a valid Class A CDL.
Possess 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 6 months with one carrier, 6 months in the last 12, or 12 months in the last 5 years.
Must obtain Hazmat endorsement within 180 days of orientation.
Must have reliable transportation and a safe place for the tractor on days off.
No more than 2 moving violations and no careless or reckless driving in the last 3 years.
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years and no major preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must pass hair and urine drug testing, with no failed drug or alcohol test in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

Haul rail containers regionally within Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
Operate a tractor-trailer, with the truck going home with the driver.
Perform 75% drop and hook, 100% no-touch freight.
Adhere to a Friday to Tuesday or Thursday to Monday schedule, being out 5 days and home 2.
Complete one day of orientation and 3 or more days of training with a certified trainer.
Obtain Hazmat endorsement within 180 days of orientation.
Ensure reliable transportation and a safe place for the tractor on days off.
