About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated CDL A Regional Intermodal Truck Driver for a no-touch position in the Moberly area. This role offers a consistent schedule, with drivers being home every weekend and the ability to take their truck home. You will be responsible for transporting intermodal containers between Kansas City and St. Louis rail yards and customers within a 300-mile radius. The majority of the work involves drop and hook, with a smaller percentage of live loads/unloads, all of which are no-touch freight. The equipment consists of 100% automatic, mostly Freightliner tractors with 1500-watt inverters.

Requirements

Must be 21+ with a valid Class A CDL.
Possess 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 6 months with one carrier, OR 6 months in the last 12, OR 12 months in the last 5 years.
Must obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire (cost reimbursed).
Must have a safe place to keep the tractor on days off.
No more than 2 moving violations and no careless or reckless driving in the last 3 years.
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.
No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must pass hair and urine drug testing.
No failed drug or alcohol tests in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

Transport intermodal containers between Kansas City and St. Louis rail yards and customers within 300 miles.
Perform 75% drop and hook operations.
Handle 25% customer live load or unload operations.
Ensure all freight is 100% no-touch.
Operate 100% automatic tractors.
Maintain a safe place to keep the tractor on days off.

Benefits

$10,000 sign-on bonus (first payment after first dispatch, eligibility terms apply).
