About The Position
This full-time regional driving position serves a dedicated Dollar Tree retail freight account, departing from West Memphis, Arkansas, and delivering across Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama. Drivers average approximately 1,500 miles per week and three loads per week, with three stops per load. Deliveries involve unloading full truckloads using roto-carts and lift gates. The role pays an average of $1,650 per week, with potential top weekly pay of $1,800. Drivers are paid by mileage and stop, and the posting lists average annual pay of $83,200 and top annualized pay of $93,600. Routes include a weekly 34-hour reset, and drivers are home weekly. Equipment includes automatic sleeper trucks pulling 53-foot dry van trailers. The truck must be parked at home or in a secure location. A $1,000 holiday start bonus is offered.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable truck-driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Must not be a SAP driver.
- Ability to unload freight using roto-carts and lift gates.
- A suitable place to park the truck at home or another secure location.
Responsibilities
