About The Position

Drive for a dedicated regional retail account based in Ridgefield, Washington. The position involves all-dry-freight routes through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California, typically with 2–4 loads per week and 3–4 stops per load. Drivers unload trailers using rollers and operate dedicated sleeper equipment with dry van trailers. Drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Day and night shifts are available, and days off vary with freight demand. Time off may be reduced during the holiday season. Pay is $29.00–$30.50 per hour for drivers with 0–48 months of experience and $31.00 per hour for drivers with 49–200 months of experience, plus overtime. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
Comfortable unloading freight with rollers and able to perform physical freight-handling duties.
Available for day or night shifts.
Flexible with days off based on freight demands.
Clean driving record.
DOT Medical Card.
Drivers living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield, WA must have a safe and authorized place to park the truck.
Drivers with SAP status are not accepted.

Responsibilities

Drive dedicated regional retail freight routes through WA, OR, ID, MT, UT, and Northern CA.
Transport all-dry freight using dry van trailers and dedicated sleeper equipment.
Unload trailers using rollers.
Complete approximately 2–4 loads per week, with 3–4 stops per load.
Maintain a safe and on-time driving record.
