About The Position

Drive for a dedicated regional Dollar Tree retail account based in Ridgefield, Washington. The role handles all-dry freight, typically 2–4 loads per week with 3–4 stops per load, across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California. Drivers unload trailers using rollers and operate dedicated sleeper equipment with dry van trailers. Drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Day and night shifts are available, and days off vary according to freight demand. Time off may be reduced during the holiday season. Pay is hourly, with rates of $29.00–$30.50 for drivers with 0–48 months of experience and $31.00 for drivers with 49–200 months of experience, plus overtime. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
Comfortable unloading freight with rollers and able to perform physical freight-handling duties.
Available to work day or night shifts.
Flexible with days off based on freight demands.
Clean driving record.
DOT Medical Card.
No SAP drivers.
Drivers living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield, Washington, must have a safe and authorized place to park the truck.
