CDL-A Regional DOLLAR TREE Driver – $83K Average Pay
About The Position
This dedicated regional driving position serves the Dollar Tree account and operates out of West Memphis, Arkansas. Drivers average approximately 1,500 miles, three loads, and three stops per load each week. The delivery territory includes Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama. Freight is full truckload and is unloaded using roto-carts and lift gates. Drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Pay includes mileage pay and stop pay, with average earnings of $1,650 per week ($83,200 annualized) and top earning potential of $1,800 per week ($93,600 annualized). Drivers must park the truck at home or at a safe, secure location. Equipment includes automatic sleeper trucks and 53-foot dry van trailers.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Comfortable unloading full truckload freight using roto-carts and lift gates.
- Able to safely park assigned equipment.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical Card.
- SAP drivers are not accepted.
