CDL-A Dry Van Driver
About The Position
Flint Logistics is hiring a CDL-A Dry Van Driver to haul general commodity freight throughout the lower 48 states on established customer lanes. Freight is 100% no-touch, with the majority of loads handled through drop-and-hook operations. Dependable load planning supports productive miles and weekly home time. Drivers earn $1,400 to $1,600 per week, with a $1,200 minimum weekly pay during the first 90 days. Available tractors include 2017–2022 Freightliner, Volvo, and Peterbilt models with automatic transmissions, APUs, and inverters. Paid orientation lasts four days; transportation by flight or rental car and meals are provided, along with $1,000 in orientation pay. Flint Logistics offers drivers clear job information, dependable communication, and continued support during the transition into a new driving position.
Requirements
- Have 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year of experience in the last 3 years.
- Hold a CDL-A license in the state of residence.
- Have experience with trailers 48 feet or longer.
- Have a current DOT physical or obtain assistance with the cost of getting a new one.
