About The Position

American Trucking Group is hiring an experienced CDL-A Dry Van Driver for regional routes throughout the Western 11 states, with a hiring area in Phoenix, Arizona. Drivers average 3,000 to 3,400 miles per week and earn $1,600 to $1,800 weekly. The schedule involves 7–8 days on the road followed by a full 48-hour reset at home. Freight is 100% no-touch dry van, with a large percentage of drop-and-hook loads, and routes avoid the Northeast corridor. Drivers operate late-model International LT trucks equipped with 71-inch sleepers, automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, and space for a refrigerator. The equipment is maintained through Penske's nationwide maintenance network. Advanced ELD technology supports daily operations, while aerodynamic enhancements and bobtail skirts support fuel efficiency. Fuel bonus opportunities and driver incentive programs are available. Requirements

CDL-A qualification.
At least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
Ability to meet safety and driving standards.
