About The Position

Flint Logistics is hiring CDL-A dry van drivers to haul general commodities across established freight lanes throughout the lower 48 states. Freight is 100% no-touch, and most loads are handled through drop-and-hook operations. Dependable route planning supports consistent freight movement and scheduled weekly home time. Drivers earn $1,400 to $1,600 per week, with a $1,200 minimum weekly pay during the first 90 days.

Drivers may use Freightliner, Volvo, and Peterbilt tractors from model years 2017 through 2022. The trucks have automatic transmissions, APUs, and inverters. Orientation lasts four days; transportation by flight or rental car and meals are provided, and drivers receive $1,000 in orientation pay.

The position includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) and profit sharing; disability and life insurance; and vacation. Pet and rider policies, layover and breakdown pay, and a 24-hour support team are also offered.

Requirements

• Have a CDL-A license in the state of residence.
• Have at least 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year of experience in the last 3 years.
• Have experience with trailers 48 feet or longer.
• Have a current DOT physical, or receive assistance with the cost of obtaining a new one.
