CDL-A Regional Driver – 6 AM Start + Safe & On-Time Bonus
About The Position
Drive dedicated regional dry van freight for the Family Dollar account based in St. George, Utah. The position offers average weekly pay of $1,950 and top weekly earnings of $2,450, through mileage pay, pay per load, and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Listed annualized pay is $101,302 on average and up to $127,295 at the top. Drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset. The regular start time is 6:00 AM, and shifts may last up to 14 hours. Days off vary with freight demand and usually fall on weekdays. Drivers unload trailers using rollers and climb in and out of trailers as needed. Equipment includes tandem-axle sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and 53-foot dry van trailers. Drivers living in Las Vegas may stay out for two weeks at a time, followed by three days at home.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- No SAP drivers.
- Ability to safely unload freight using rollers and perform repeated climbing in and out of trailers.
- Ability to work shifts of up to 14 hours and meet regional route requirements.
