About The Position

Drive a dedicated regional retail account for DOLLAR TREE from Ridgefield, Washington. The role involves hauling all-dry freight, completing 2–4 loads per week with 3–4 stops per load, and unloading trailers using rollers. Routes cover Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California. Drivers use dedicated sleeper equipment and dry van trailers. Drivers are home weekly and receive a weekly 34-hour reset. Day and night shifts are available, and days off vary based on freight demand. Holiday-season schedules may include reduced time off. Compensation is $29.00–$30.50 per hour for drivers with 0–48 months of experience and $31.00 per hour for drivers with 49–200 months of experience, plus overtime and a safe-and-on-time bonus. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.

Responsibilities
