About The Position

Drive for a dedicated local grocery account serving stores throughout Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming. The starting location is the distribution center in Aurora, Colorado. Drivers handle approximately 1–3 loads per day and 13 stops per week, with live unloads and drop-and-hook freight on predictable routes with recurring delivery locations. The fleet uses newer automatic-transmission trucks, which must be parked at the facility and cannot be taken home. The position averages approximately 1,700 miles per week and pays by the mile, with an average weekly pay of $1,625 and average annual pay of $84,500. Top weekly pay is $1,650, with top annualized pay of $85,800. A Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus is available to drivers who meet the account’s safety and on-time standards, and a $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus is offered. Home time is daily, with occasional overnight runs during surge periods. The schedule is six days on followed by two days off. Shifts include nights, evenings, and early mornings, with variable start times. The operation runs 24/7 and includes occasional short mountain runs.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
Minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
Clean driving record.
Valid DOT Medical Card.
No SAP drivers.
Availability for variable night, evening, and early-morning shifts.
Ability to complete local deliveries and occasional overnight runs when required.

Responsibilities
