DOLLAR TREE CDL-A Driver – Good Pay + Safe & On-Time Bonus
About The Position
Drive dedicated regional retail freight for the Dollar Tree account, starting from Ridgefield, Washington. The role handles all-dry freight, typically 2–4 loads per week with 3–4 stops per load, using dry van trailers and dedicated sleeper equipment. Drivers unload trailers using rollers and travel through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California. Drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Day and night shifts are available, while days off vary according to freight demand. Time off may be reduced during the holiday season. Drivers who live more than 50 miles from Ridgefield must have a safe, authorized place to park the truck.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Comfortable unloading freight with rollers and able to perform physical freight-handling duties.
- Available for day or night shifts.
- Flexible with days off based on freight demands.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical Card.
- Drivers with SAP status are not accepted.
- Drivers living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield, Washington must have a safe and authorized place to park the truck.
Responsibilities
- Drive dedicated regional retail routes for the Dollar Tree account.
- Transport dry freight through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California.
- Unload trailers using rollers.
- Complete approximately 2–4 loads per week, with 3–4 stops per load.
- Maintain a safe and authorized place to park the truck if living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield, Washington.
Benefits
- Hourly pay of $29.00–$30.50 for 0–48 months of experience or $31.00 for 49–200 months of experience.

- Top weekly pay of $2,550 and top annual pay of $132,497.
