CDL-A Regional Driver – Good Pay + Safe Driving Incentives
About The Position
The CDL-A Regional Driver will haul dedicated dry retail freight for the Dollar Tree account from the Warrensburg, Missouri area. Delivery areas include Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Drivers average approximately 1,750 miles and two loads per week, with an average weekly pay of $1,950 and average annual earnings of $98,800; top drivers can earn up to $119,600. Compensation includes CPM and load pay, plus a safe-and-on-time mileage bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. This is an active, hands-on delivery position that involves hand-unloading trailers using rollers at customer locations and completing multi-stop deliveries. Drivers return home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Truck parking must be coordinated with the account manager to ensure a safe and secure location. The position has 10 openings.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of truck driving experience.
- Ability to hand-unload trailers using rollers.
- Ability to complete active, multi-stop delivery work.
- A safe and secure truck parking arrangement.
- Drivers with SAP are not eligible.
Responsibilities
