Regional CDL-A Dry Van Driver – GOOD PAY + Safe Driving Bonus
About The Position
Drive a dedicated Dollar Tree retail account from the Warrensburg, Missouri area, hauling dry retail freight across the Midwest and Mountain regions. The full-time position is home weekly for a 34-hour reset and involves active, multi-stop delivery work, including hand-unloading trailers with rollers at customer locations. Drivers average two loads and approximately 1,750 miles per week. Pay includes cents-per-mile (CPM) and load pay, plus a safe-and-on-time mileage bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Average weekly pay is $1,950, with average annual earnings of $98,800 and top drivers earning up to $119,600. Truck parking must be coordinated with the account manager to ensure a safe and secure location. There are 10 openings.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of truck driving experience.
- Ability to hand-unload trailers using rollers.
- Ability to complete active, multi-stop delivery work.
- A safe and secure truck parking arrangement.
- SAP drivers are not eligible.
Responsibilities
- Haul dry retail freight from the Warrensburg, Missouri area.
- Deliver freight in Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
- Complete an average of two loads per week and approximately 1,750 miles per week.
- Hand-unload trailers using rollers at customer locations.
- Coordinate truck parking with the account manager to ensure a safe and secure location.
