About The Position
The CDL-A Regional Driver will operate on a dedicated Dollar Tree retail account based in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves delivering dry freight throughout Arizona, Utah, and parts of Southern California. Drivers average approximately three loads per week and unload full truckloads using a roto cart and liftgate. Loads begin in Phoenix, and drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Compensation is listed as an average of $1,650 per week ($85,800 annually), with top pay of $1,800 per week ($93,600 annually), plus $220 per load. Drivers use automatic sleeper trucks and 53-foot trailers.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Comfortable unloading full truckloads.
- Able to use roto cart and liftgate equipment.
- Able to perform physical freight-handling duties.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical Card.
- No SAP drivers.
