About The Position
This is a full-time dedicated retail driving position serving the Dollar Tree account from the Warrensburg, Missouri area. The driver hauls dry retail freight across the Midwest and Mountain regions, with delivery areas including Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Drivers average approximately 1,750 miles and two loads per week and return home weekly for a 34-hour reset. The role involves active, multi-stop deliveries and hand-unloading trailers with rollers at customer locations. Truck parking must be coordinated with the account manager to ensure a safe and secure location. Average annual pay is $98,800, with top drivers earning up to $119,600. Average weekly pay is $1,950, with compensation consisting of cents-per-mile and load pay, plus a safe-and-on-time mileage bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Dry van trailers are used. There are 10 openings.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of truck driving experience.
- Ability to hand-unload trailers using rollers.
- Ability to complete active, multi-stop delivery work.
- A safe and secure truck parking arrangement.
- SAP drivers are not eligible.
Responsibilities
