CDL-A OTR Company Driver - Dry Bulk

About The Position
Trimac is hiring an OTR company driver to haul non-hazardous carbon in a dry-bulk pneumatic tanker. The position uses an assigned truck, and all loads are pre-loaded; the driver is responsible for unloading. Drivers are out approximately two weeks at a time on out-and-back runs, with resets completed at home. The driver must be comfortable operating across lanes in TX, CA, UT, NY, NC, MO, OK, FL, IL, PA, and TN. The listed weekly average gross pay is $1,350–$1,500, and the pay range is $1,300–$1,500 per week. Paid training is provided in San Antonio, TX.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
- One year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
- For the past seven years, no driving violation involving consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances and no preventable rollover or fatality crash.
- For the past three years, no license suspensions involving drugs and/or alcohol, or record indicating disregard for public safety; no major preventable accident; and no two or more moving convictions.
- Comfort operating across multiple lanes.
Responsibilities
- Transport non-hazardous carbon in a dry-bulk pneumatic tanker.
- Unload pre-loaded freight.
- Drive OTR across the listed lanes: TX, CA, UT, NY, NC, MO, OK, FL, IL, PA, TN.
- Complete out-and-back runs, with resets at home.
