CDL-A OTR Company Driver - Dry Bulk
About The Position
Trimac is hiring a CDL-A OTR Company Driver to transport non-hazardous carbon in a dry-bulk pneumatic tanker. The position uses an assigned truck, and all loads are pre-loaded; the driver is responsible for unloading only. The role involves out-and-back runs across multiple lanes in TX, CA, UT, NY, NC, MO, OK, FL, IL, PA, and TN. Drivers are typically out for approximately two weeks at a time and complete their reset at home. Weekly average gross pay is listed as $1,350–$1,500; the pay range is also stated as USD $1,300–$1,500 per week. Paid training is in San Antonio, TX. The position is associated with the McKinney, TX market.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
- One year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
- In the past seven years, no driving violation involving consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances, preventable rollover, or fatality crash.
- In the past three years, no license suspension involving drugs and/or alcohol, record indicating disregard for public safety, major preventable accident, or two or more moving convictions.
- Must be comfortable running across TX, CA, UT, NY, NC, MO, OK, FL, IL, PA, and TN.
Responsibilities
- Transport non-hazardous carbon using a dry-bulk pneumatic tanker.
- Unload pre-loaded loads.
- Run out-and-back routes across the listed lanes.
- Complete the reset at home after being out approximately two weeks.
