About The Position

Trimac is hiring a local company driver to transport dry bulk products, including calcium carbonate and cement. Runs are local, with pickup points in Marble Falls, Texas, and destinations in Dallas and Galena Park, Texas. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday loads. Drivers work PM load times and typically work 10–12 hours per day, with the schedule listed as 70 hours per week. Pay is by load tonnage, with a stated weekly range of $1,200–$1,400; the posting also lists a pay range of $1,100–$1,400 per week, $23 per hour, a $200 weekly attendance bonus, and an additional $40 per Saturday load. No driving experience is required; training is provided for applicants who have a CDL.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
No prior driving experience is required; training is provided to applicants with a CDL.
For the past 7 years, no driving violation involving consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances and no preventable rollover or fatality crash.
For the past 3 years, no license suspensions involving drugs or alcohol, no record indicating disregard for public safety, no major preventable accident, and fewer than two moving convictions.

Responsibilities

Transport dry bulk products, including calcium carbonate and cement, on local runs.
Pick up loads in Marble Falls, Texas, and deliver them to Dallas or Galena Park, Texas.
Work PM load times Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday loads.
