About The Position

Trimac is hiring a CDL-A OTR Company Driver to haul various general chemicals. Drivers pick up at various locations in South Carolina and deliver to destinations across the 48 states, and occasionally Canada. The position involves approximately 1,800–2,100 miles per week. Drivers are on the road for three weeks and have one week of home time. Pay is $0.75 per loaded mile and $0.70 per empty mile, paid weekly by direct deposit. Orientation training is paid. The posting lists gross pay of $1,800–$2,500 per week and $85,000–$100,000 annually. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered to qualified candidates. Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
At least 6 months of tanker experience.
Passport required; candidates must be eligible to obtain one, and it may be acquired after hire.
TWIC Card required; candidates must be eligible to obtain one, and it may be acquired after hire.
No driving violation involving consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances in the past 7 years.
No preventable rollover or fatality crash in the past 7 years.
No license suspensions involving drugs and/or alcohol, or record indicating disregard for public safety, in the past 3 years.
No major preventable accident in the past 3 years.
Fewer than two moving convictions in the past 3 years.
