About The Position

Service Transport Company, a member of the Trimac family of companies, transports bulk liquids and chemicals across North America. The CDL-A OTR Company Driver hauls liquid tanker freight from the Memphis, Tennessee area to customers. Drivers are dispatched for 10–14 days and then have 2 days at home. Average weekly gross pay is $1,800. Additional compensation includes mileage pay, referral bonuses, paid detention time, and paid orientation training at $200 per day.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Current Medical Certificate.
• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Tanker Endorsement.
• Hazmat Endorsement.
• TWIC card.
• In the past 7 years, no driving violation involving consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances, preventable rollover, or fatality crash.
• In the past 3 years, no license suspension involving drugs and/or alcohol, record indicating disregard for public safety, major preventable accident, or two or more moving convictions.

• Chemical transportation experience is given priority.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver shipments to assigned customers.
• Complete required paperwork, including obtaining signatures on documents and bills of lading.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws.
• Follow DOT and FMCSA electronic log requirements.
• Submit all load documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Keep load appointments on time and as scheduled.
