About The Position

Trimac is hiring a CDL-A OTR Company Driver to haul various general chemicals. Drivers travel to pickup points at various locations in South Carolina and deliver to destinations across the 48 states, occasionally including Canada. The role averages 1,800–2,100 miles per week. Drivers are out for three weeks and then have one week of home time. Pay is mileage-based: $0.75 per loaded mile and $0.70 per empty mile, paid weekly by direct deposit. The posting lists gross pay of $1,800–$2,500 per week and $85,000–$100,000 annually. Paid orientation training is provided, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered to qualified candidates. Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
At least 6 months of tanker experience.
Passport required; must be eligible to obtain one, which may be acquired after hire.
TWIC Card required; must be eligible to obtain one, which may be acquired after hire.
For the past 7 years, no driving violation involving consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances, and no preventable rollover or fatality crash.
For the past 3 years, no license suspension involving drugs and/or alcohol, no record indicating disregard for public safety, no major preventable accident, and fewer than two moving convictions.
