About The Position

Predator Trucking is hiring a full-time CDL-A Dump Driver to transport bulk commodities from its Corporate Girard Terminal. The role involves safely operating an assigned Class A tractor-trailer, handling and securing freight, and following routes and delivery schedules. Drivers are home every day. Dump-trailer experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL).
• Decent driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid medical card.

Nice To Haves

• Dump-driving experience.
• At least 1 year of verifiable commercial truck-driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate an assigned Class A tractor-trailer to transport bulk commodities safely and efficiently.
• Follow traffic laws and regulations.
• Load and unload freight, handling and securing cargo properly.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Follow predetermined written routes and ensure timely transport and delivery.
• Communicate with dispatch as needed.
• Keep the vehicle clean.
• Submit DVIRs to maintenance as needed.
• Notify managers of major maintenance or delivery issues.
• Follow delivery schedules for on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Comply with company rules and regulations and applicable DOT regulations.
• Drive according to weather and road conditions.
