About The Position
The CDL-A Dry Van Driver operates regional routes from Phoenix, Arizona, hauling no-touch dry van freight. Drivers typically travel 2,700–3,200 miles per week and receive a weekly 34-hour reset at home. The position offers pay of $1,600–$1,900 per week, with monthly fuel bonus opportunities. Drivers use International LT trucks that are less than two years old; trucks are equipped with APUs, and many include inverters. Drivers may bring a refrigerator. The role includes major medical coverage after 60 days, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, life insurance, and Health Savings Plan options. Additional features include dedicated support resources and dry van trailers.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Qualifying recent driving experience: at least 6 months within the last 12 months, 12 months within the last 3 years, or 3 years within the last 10 years.
- Ability to operate safely, communicate effectively, and support on-time deliveries throughout regional routes.
