About The Position

Family Dollar is hiring a CDL-A Regional Driver for a dedicated regional dry van account based in St. George, Utah. Drivers earn an average of $1,948 per week ($101,302 annualized), with top weekly earnings of $2,500 ($127,295 annualized). Compensation includes mileage pay, pay per load, and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. The position offers weekly home time for a 34-hour reset and a consistent 6:00 AM start. Shifts may last up to 14 hours, and days off vary with freight demand, usually falling on weekdays. Drivers living in Las Vegas may stay out for two weeks at a time followed by three days at home. The job involves dedicated regional dry van freight originating in St. George, Utah, with delivery territory across Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Drivers unload trailers using rollers and climb in and out of trailers as needed. Equipment includes tandem-axle sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and 53-foot dry van trailers.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
Clean driving record.
Valid DOT Medical Card.
No SAP drivers.
Ability to safely unload freight using rollers and repeatedly climb in and out of trailers.
Ability to work shifts of up to 14 hours and meet regional route requirements.
