About The Position

Drive a dedicated local grocery account serving Kroger in Denver, Colorado. The role involves approximately 1,700 miles per week, an average of 1–3 loads per day, and approximately 13 stops per week. Freight is no-touch and includes live-unload and drop-and-hook routes. Deliveries are made to grocery stores throughout Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming, on consistent store routes, with occasional short mountain runs.

Drivers are home daily, though occasional overnight runs may occur during surge periods. The work schedule is six days followed by two days off. The operation runs 24/7 with night, evening, and early-morning shifts; there is no set schedule, and start times vary according to freight demands. The position uses new 2025-model trucks with automatic transmissions. Pay is mileage-based, with a safe-and-on-time mileage bonus. Average weekly pay is $1,600, top weekly pay is $1,650, average annual pay is $84,500, and top annualized pay is $85,800. A $1,000 holiday start bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Must be able to park the truck at the Aurora facility.
• Drivers with SAP status are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver grocery freight to stores throughout Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming.
• Operate on consistent store routes, with occasional short mountain runs.
• Handle an average of 1–3 loads per day and approximately 13 stops per week.
• Perform live-unload and drop-and-hook deliveries involving no-touch freight.
• Park the truck at the Aurora facility.
