About The Position

Entry-level and experienced drivers are hired for a reefer fleet based out of an Atlanta hub. Drivers operate solo and cover 1,900 to 2,500 miles per week. No unloading is required, and drivers return home every two weeks.

Training lasts 4 to 6 weeks, with pay of $650 per week. During the first three months driving solo, drivers are guaranteed $1,000 per week. Average weekly pay is $1,300 to $1,500, and a monthly performance bonus is available. Orientation lasts two days or less and pays $300; lodging is covered and bus fare is reimbursed. Equipment includes late-model Freightliners.

Medical, dental, and vision coverage begins after 30 days. Additional offerings include a 401(k), a stock purchase program, free online college for the driver and one dependent, and the option to bring pets and riders after training.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school.
• Experienced-driver applicants need 6 months of experience in the past 12 months or 12 months in the past 5 years; trainees are welcome.
• Have no more than two moving violations in the past two years and no serious violations in the past 12 months.
• Have no major preventable accidents in the past five years.
• Have no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Complete hair and urine testing.
• Provide three years of verifiable work history.
