About The Position

All Steady Logistics is hiring Class A CDL drivers to work from its College Park, Georgia yard. Drivers provide Amazon freight transportation as employees of All Steady Logistics, an Amazon Freight Partner; they are not employed by Amazon. Drivers submit their availability a week ahead and are scheduled only on the days they say they are available. A 4-on/4-off rotation is also available. Routes run for a maximum of 14 hours, stay within 550 miles of College Park, and are never more than two days out. Drivers earn $23 per hour as W-2 employees, receive weekly pay every Wednesday, and earn overtime after 40 hours. Eligible drivers may receive a performance-based raise of up to $0.25 per hour after three months. Paid orientation is provided.

The work is 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook Amazon freight. Drivers do not load or unload freight and do not handle tarps, straps, or scanners. Routes do not involve doubles, triples, hazmat, or reefer freight. Drivers use 2022-or-newer automatic Kenworth T680 trucks equipped with an APU, refrigerator, microwave, and power converter. Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including family coverage, is available after three months. Full-time drivers may work up to 50 hours per week. All experience levels, including new CDL graduates, are welcome; the employer also welcomes second-chance and SAP drivers.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL; Georgia CDL preferred.
• At least 21 years old.
• Clean MVR with no recent violations in the last two years.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Pass a DOT urine drug screen and road test.
• Live within 45 miles of College Park, Georgia.
• All experience levels are welcome, including new CDL graduates.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class A CDL routes transporting Amazon freight.
• Perform 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight work.
• Provide availability for the following week and drive on the days scheduled from that availability.
• Complete an in-person drug screen and road test as part of the hiring process.
