About The Position

Prime Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for flexible work in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Employees can pick up a few PRN shifts or pursue a full-time flexible role, with scheduling intended to support work/life balance and provide opportunities to explore different specialties and work environments. Recruiters help plan and support each employee’s work journey.

The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, hygiene and personal care, basic health monitoring, rehabilitation and mobility support, social and recreational participation, vital-sign monitoring, medication administration, and reporting and documentation.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience.
• Active nursing license.
• BLS certification.
• Current TB skin test, completed within the past year.
• Federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide hygiene and personal care.
• Perform basic health monitoring.
• Support rehabilitation and mobility.
• Support social and recreational participation.
• Monitor vital signs.
• Administer medication.
• Complete reporting and documentation.
