Entry-level CDL-A drivers from South Mississippi train with pay and then haul dry van freight east of Denver. New drivers receive $650 per week during 4 to 6 weeks of training, followed by a guaranteed $1,000 weekly for their first three months solo. Trainers run real loads rather than providing classroom-only instruction. Average weekly gross earnings are $1,200 to $1,800, with 1,800 to 2,900 miles per week, $15 stop pay, $75-plus miles on short hauls, and a performance bonus. Drivers are home every two weeks. Holidays are voluntary, and riders and pets are allowed after training. Health, dental, and vision coverage begins after 30 days, and the company offers a 401(k) with a company match and paid time off. Orientation pays $300, and travel to orientation is covered. Applicants may apply on Indeed; a recruiter calls the same business day. The employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
