About The Position
Experienced CDL-A drivers are being hired for a dedicated Walmart fleet based in Casa Grande, Arizona. Drivers deliver to Walmart stores on multi-stop routes within a 225-mile radius of the distribution center and return home daily. Freight is no-touch and live-unloaded. The fleet uses automatic-transmission day cabs in a slip-seat operation; trucks cannot be taken home. Average weekly pay is $1,256, with top weekly pay of $1,534. Average annualized pay is $65,360, with top annualized pay of $79,818. Compensation includes mileage band pay, stop pay, detention pay, and a $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus. Drivers should expect approximately 8–15 loads per week, with 3–4 stops per load, and must be willing to work any shift and weekends.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- No SAP drivers.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
